Great stuff but really nothing tricky.  Like the old joke, &quot;how do you get to Carnegie Hall?&quot;  Practice, practice and practice.  I can&#039;t tell you how many times I have talked to people that are going out on a presentation, no matter how big or small, and they don&#039;t prepare.  They don&#039;t do a &#039;dry run&#039; to iron the wrinkles out of the presentation.  In selling certainly everthing that leads up to the presentation is critical to securing the sale but presentation is the time to SHINE.  You have got to be at your best.  Be masterful. The only way to do that is follow your advice Doug.</description>
