		<description>Ah yes, I know of what you are talking. I think it takes practice (!) to practice comfortably in front of colleagues. I&#039;m a teacher, and this reminds me of what faculty often say of parents night...it is easier to &quot;be on&quot; with students in their classes than with parents, even thought the teacher knows his/her topic very well. Perhaps they&#039;d paraphrase Ashley Brillant&#039;s quote about the audience ;-)</description>
