In this day-long workshop, you will engage in a series of fun and hands-on exercises, in which you will apply the principles in slide:ology using real-life examples.

In addition to learning revolutionary methods for producing content and slides for your next presentation, you will leave the workshop with a new perspective on presentations as a whole. This workshop is geared toward changing your mindset and approach to presentations as an effective communication medium.

Monthly workshops are held at the Duarte office, a creative workspace which will allow you to break away from your traditional surroundings, and conventional train of thought. Or, we can train your team on your turf. Whether we bring our standard workshop, or customized curriculum, a personal presentation design course us sure to improve your company’s communication from the ground up.

The slide:ology basic course is a one-day event that will be offered on several dates in 2010. Register today for one of these dates: January 20, February 3, February 17, March 3, and March 17.

Workshop Schedule

The slide:ology workshop is a day long event that starts at 9am and ends at 4:30pm. We’ve got a lot to cover, so the session will start promptly at nine. To help you get a feeling of what is covered in this workshop, we’ve broken the day down into topics by the hour:

All of the workshops will be hosted at the Duarte Design headquarters in the heart of the Silicon Valley. The office building is located at 161 E. Evelyn Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94041

For out of town guests, we recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mountain View.

The closest airport to Duarte is San Jose (SJC) with the second closest being San Francisco (SFO).
